Arkansas Farmers Market Association Annual Meeting

This year’s meeting will be unique in its focus on implementing numerous communication technologies to enable market managers to:

  • Get to know each other
  • Learn from one another’s successes and challenges
  • Gain new ideas for managing markets
  • Help shape AFMA’s objectives
  • Have one-on-one conversations with representatives from AR Agriculture Department, Arkansas Department of Health, Department of Human Services and the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service.
The meeting will end with awards to winners of the Best Market Partners in Arkansas 2018 Contest. There is no charge for the meeting. Reservations are needed for an accurate count for materials and lunch. Lunch will be provided at no cost for AFMA members and county agents. There is a cost of $10.00 for non-members. Markets paying their membership fee of $25.00 at the meeting will be considered members in good standing.
