FMC is featured in the Spring issue of Southern Farm & Garden, a seasonal journal connecting readers to the world of agriculture, and the men and women who grow and raise the sustainable food we eat! In Spring’s issue, FMC’s article dives in to the many reasons farmers markets are vital to American agriculture and communities. FMC will also be contributing another article in SF&G’s upcoming Summer issue, so be sure to pick up a copy at store near you or subscribe here!
The Spring issue also includes stories about seed saving, the local food food movement, the Chefs Collaborative as well vignettes on strawberries, grits, flowers and cotton, and featured recipes to complement the season’s harvest. Readers will discover the behind-the-scenes word of farmers, gardeners, and artisans, and what it takes to produce the fresh food and handcrafted products, while learning more about where their food and other products used in everyday life originate, and how to use them. And if you love pretty pictures, there’s dozens of those to gaze at too!
Southern Farm & Garden was recently recognized as one of Food Tank’s top 20 magazines for “people who love to eat, cook, and grow.”
