Help Enhance Food Safety at Farmers Markets

FMC is collaborating with the University of Arkansas to improve food safety practices at farmers markets by developing educational materials and tools. The researchers need to know what’s working well at your market, and in which areas you could use some support. Taking this brief survey will help Dr. Kristen Gibson, Assistant Professor of Food Science at the University of Arkansas, and her team to create useful tools to help YOU.
