The Harvesting Opportunity report was published by a partnership between the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s agencies of Rural Development and the Agricultural Market Services, among many other agencies.

This ground-breaking report, published in 2017, focuses on regional food systems as a means for enhancing economic opportunity. The 2018 Foodapalooza Panel, Healthy People, Healthy Economies & Vibrant Places, includes experts sharing their experiences and insights.

This event is a component of the 6th Annual Foodapalooza, a celebration of central Louisiana’s local food, to be held Friday 1:00-5:30 p.m.

For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at the downtown Alexandria Holiday Inn. We encourage you to
