The California Department of Social Services provides free wireless EBT terminals to eligible farmers markets, and covers both wireless and transaction fees associated with managing the SNAP program. Credit/debit fees (if utilized) must be paid by the farmers market. Program support materials (banners, etc.) are available through the Ecology Center.
