Virginia farmers planning around Mother Nature’s fluctuations

Unprecedented weather fluctuations have Eastern Virginia farmers planning their Spring season as best they can.
“(In March), the area has had days as hot as 82 degrees and as cold as 28 degrees. Historically, the area averages a high of 59 degrees and a low of 38 degrees during March, according to U.S. Climate data.”
